You’ll start by completing our vacation request form, providing as much information as possible about the trip you would like to take. Once we have received your form, we’ll reach out to discuss your vacation desires via phone or Zoom.
Dream
step one
Following your consultation, RTC will send an invoice for a non-refundable planning fee, compensating us for the time spent researching and designing your vacation. Planning will commence once the fee is paid and your travel dates are determined. We will provide up to three quotes based on your destination and budget, with two revisions included.
Design
step two
Once a quote is approved, you will be required to place a deposit to secure the booking, with final payment due 45-60 days before departure. Leading up to your trip, we’ll be available to share ideas and suggestions for your destination, while also keeping you updated on entry protocols. On the ground, RTC provides 24/7 service through our travel partners and offers an app with customized information to guide you throughout your travels.
